Eight centimetres across, wide teeth, no handle, no pattern. This is the plainest comb we make and it is here on purpose — a solid black body is what a brand with a strong logo and a minimal packaging system actually wants, because nothing on the comb competes with the branding.

Most combs this small are fine-toothed, because wide teeth on a short body leave you with very few of them. Here the body is deep rather than long — 5.4 cm from spine to tip — which is what makes room for a proper wide-tooth set. It works on curls and on wet hair at a size that fits in a pocket.
The larger version of the same idea is the 16 cm wide tooth comb.
Solid acetate has no figuring to vary, so every piece is identical. For most of our range that would be a loss — the variation is the point. For a brand that needs consistency across thousands of units for a gift set or an amenity programme, it is the reverse.
A pad-printed or hot-foiled logo also reads at maximum contrast on solid black, which is why this body takes branding better than any patterned sheet we run.

Gift sets, hotel and travel amenity kits, and barber retail. All three want a low unit cost, a consistent appearance and space for a logo, and this body is built around those three things. What you own at the end of a private-label run is worth settling first — see private label versus OEM.
Make this product your own. Every detail is customizable for orders meeting the MOQ.
Laser engraving, hot stamping, silk screen printing, or UV printing on product body and handle.
Pantone color matching. For acetate: custom tortoiseshell, marble, and unique pattern designs.
Modify dimensions or create entirely new shapes. 2,000+ existing molds or develop new ones.
Kraft boxes, velvet pouches, blister packs, retail-ready display cards. Your brand on every package.
These are the stock colours this shape runs in. Any Pantone reference can be matched on top of them — colour is mixed into the material, not sprayed on the surface, so it never chips or fades.
Send a Pantone code or a physical reference and we will match it on the sample before bulk. See the full pattern library →
Packaging is produced alongside the product and ships as one order. Printed packaging carries its own lead time, so tell us early which route you want.

Samples from an existing mould ship against a sample fee that is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom-tooled samples are quoted case by case.
Bulk production starts once the pre-production sample is approved in writing. Reorders of a running design are faster, because tooling and colour are already set.
FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available, by sea or by air, from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. DDP is the simplest route for a first order.
Cellulose acetate is a plant-derived, biodegradable material made from wood pulp or cotton fibers. Unlike petroleum-based plastics, it breaks down naturally over time, making it an eco-friendly choice for premium hair accessories. Its unique properties allow for rich color patterns — from classic tortoiseshell to custom marble effects — that cannot be replicated with standard plastics.
As a manufacturer with 25+ years of experience, EcoHairFactory has mastered the intricate process of cellulose acetate production — from sheet selection and pattern matching to precision cutting and multi-stage hand polishing. Each piece undergoes 8–12 finishing steps to achieve the signature smooth, glossy surface that defines high-end acetate accessories.
Stock sheet is stock sheet, so not materially. The saving on a plain body comes from consistency in QC, not from the material.
The spine is the flat area, and it runs the full 8 cm. Send your artwork and we will confirm what fits at a legible size.
Yes. Say so at quoting stage — the packaging line and the comb line are scheduled together.
The standard finish is tumbled gloss, which is the acetate itself brought up rather than a coating. A matt finish is a different process and is quoted separately.
