Pick from our 300+ stock acetate patterns and production starts the same week. Choose a custom colour or pattern and we press the sheet for you first — that is where the 7–10 days go.
In productionStock pattern: about 16–21 days in production. Custom-pressed sheet adds 7–10 days on top.
This is our tumble-polished route. Spray-finished pieces follow the same first four stages, then take printing → hand finishing → spray → bake instead. Acetate clips add heat-forming, cooling and spring assembly.

Sandalwood, peachwood, beech or FSC bamboo, chosen for grain and moisture content. Beech resists humidity swings best - it matters more than buyers expect for a product that lives in a bathroom.
In productionSamples in 10-15 days. Bulk production 25-45 days depending on quantity and finish.
One line, one set of machines. Green sandalwood carries its own scent and oils; beech is the most stable against humidity; peachwood is the value choice for large runs; FSC bamboo reaches harvest in four to six years and is the only one of the four that can ship fully compostable with no finish at all.
Dated from today for the material selected above. Assumes sample approval on the first round and weekly vessel departures. Exact dates are committed on your order confirmation — and we publish our on-time rate rather than hide it.

Every brush we make starts here — the material decides the finish, the colour range and how your logo goes on. All three are made on our own lines in Dongguan.
