How Our Acetate Headbands Are Made

Every headband starts as a flat CNC-carved acetate blank and is heat-bent over a steel form — the same heat-and-bend process behind our claw clips.

The headband outline is CNC-carved flat from solid acetate sheet, then edge-polished.

Tumble Polishing

Blanks tumble-polish for days to develop the warm, deep acetate luster.

Heat Bending

Each blank is evenly heated and bent over a steel head-form to the exact arc.

Cold Setting & QC

Controlled cooling locks the arc in place, then piece-by-piece inspection and packing.
