Everything starts as a solid sheet of cellulose acetate. It is nested, cut and heat-formed — there is no injection tooling anywhere in this process.

Assembly, by Hand and by Machine
A claw clip is not one part. Body, jaw, spring and pin are joined here — some steps automated because they need to be identical, some done by hand because a machine cannot feel a misalignment.
Finishing and Decoration
Polishing is what turns a cut blank into something that feels expensive, and it is the step most often skipped. Rhinestones, steel beads and epoxy colour fill are all set in house.
