Every product starts here — the material decides the finish, the colour range and how your logo goes on. All three are made on our own lines in Dongguan.
Claw clips are available in cellulose acetate only. Hardware is fixed champagne.

The long oval claw is the preferred outline. Both profiles use separated press heads, evenly spaced teeth and champagne spring hardware.

How it is fixed to the sheet
Setting is our standard: the stone drops into a drilled seat, so there is no adhesive line around it and it cannot rotate. Surface bonding costs less and is the only route for very large or sculpted pieces, but it is the join that fails first in wear.
Decoration layouts are illustrative. Stone, pearl and flower details are confirmed with your sample. Tell us about other combinations in your inquiry notes.
Construction
This profile is cut from polished acetate. Final thickness, edge finish and fit are confirmed with your sample.
Craft
For claw clips and hair clips only: select every process you would like to combine. The examples are from our factory catalogue; the final combination is confirmed with your sample.
These Craft examples are available only for claw clips and hair clips. Multiple craft processes can be selected.
Your logo
Place your artwork and compare printing, foil or engraving on the actual surface. Available techniques follow the selected body material.

Gold and silver are hot-stamped foil. Every other colour is Pantone-matched in silk-screen or ink-fill — use the last swatch to pick your own.

On a narrow handle a vertical wordmark usually reads better — most of our handle-branded orders run vertical.

It is a working configurator. Every material, shape, acetate sheet, construction detail and logo technique in it is something we actually run on our own lines in Dongguan. When you submit, the exact specification — including the warehouse number of the acetate sheet you picked — arrives in our inbox with your 3D preview attached, and you get a costed quote back within 24 hours.
Because "amber tortoiseshell" means twenty different things and none of them are a purchase order. Every sheet in the library is a physical material we hold, photographed as it actually is, with the number our warehouse uses. Picking sheet DWT7137 means our team pulls DWT7137 — no colour correspondence, no "close enough" sample round.
No. Openwork, sheet splicing, relief, carving, pearl and crystal setting are run on acetate claw clips and hair clips, where the part is a flat panel that can be drilled, layered and set. Combs and brushes take logo work — recessed ink-fill, silk-screen, hot foil or laser engraving — plus the full sheet library for colour and pattern. The configurator only offers the Craft step when a clip is selected, for exactly this reason.
Cellulose acetate combs, brushes, hairpins and headbands start at 1,000 pcs per design. Acetate claw clips and hair clips start at 500 pcs. Wood and bamboo MOQs depend on the product — send your target quantity and we will confirm it in the quote.
It is a visual concept, not a technical drawing. Proportions, construction and the acetate pattern are real; exact dimensions, tolerances and the final colour are confirmed against a physical sample before bulk production. That is why every quote includes a sample stage.
Yes. The configurator covers our six main product families; our catalogue holds far more shapes than that, and we develop new outlines from a sketch, a reference photo or a technical drawing. Send what you have through the form and we will come back with a feasibility assessment.
