Ordering & MOQ
Common questions about minimum quantities, pricing, samples, and payment.
For cellulose acetate accessories, the MOQ is 500 pieces per design (1,000 pieces for combs). For bamboo and wood products, MOQs vary by product — contact us with your target quantity and we'll confirm the details for your specific items.
Fill out our contact form with your product requirements — material type, product category, quantity, and customization needs. We respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours. For complex ODM projects, we may request a brief call or additional reference images.
Existing catalog samples (standard styles without logo) are provided free of charge — you only pay the shipping cost. For custom samples with your logo, modified shape, or new designs, a sample development fee applies (typically $50–$200 USD depending on complexity). Sample fees are fully credited toward your bulk order.
For new clients, we require 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with 3+ orders, we can offer 30% deposit with 70% on sight L/C or 60-day credit terms depending on order size. We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, and Payoneer.
MOQ applies per style and color combination, not per total order value. However, we offer flexibility for mixed orders — especially for long-term clients. Contact us with your planned product mix and quantities and we'll work out an arrangement that suits your launch requirements.
Repeat orders for the same product (same specs, same logo) skip sampling and design approval entirely, so they move straight into production — typically 25–30 days for bamboo and wood, and 25–45 days for acetate. We recommend placing repeat orders 2–3 months before your next stock requirement to allow buffer time for production and shipping.

Yes — full OEM customization, with the technique matched to the material. On cellulose acetate: recessed ink-fill logos (engraved and filled with ink, so they never rub off) and silk-screen printing; on spray-coated acetate the logo is printed before coating, so it sits protected under the lacquer. On wood and bamboo: laser engraving, branding, and silk-screen printing. Your logo can go on the product, packaging, and labels.
Yes, we offer full ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. You can send us product design images and 3D drafts of the design you want — our engineers will evaluate the feasibility of your design and provide you with a production plan.
We offer a full range of eco-friendly packaging: kraft paper boxes, cotton drawstring bags, bamboo tube packaging, window boxes, blister packs, and custom printed boxes. All packaging can include your logo, barcode, product description, and care instructions in any language. Minimum order for custom printed packaging is typically 500 units.
Yes. For painted bamboo and wood products, we match any Pantone solid color using water-based, non-toxic paint. Cellulose acetate is a plant-based, eco-friendly material with pre-set sheet colors — we offer an extensive range of sheet colors and patterns, each one distinctive and premium. Share the color tone you're looking for and we'll match you with the closest available sheet color.
We include up to 2 rounds of sample revisions. This typically covers adjustments to color, logo size, logo placement, and minor dimensional changes. Major redesigns requiring new tooling may incur additional fees. We encourage a detailed brief upfront to minimize revision rounds and keep your project on schedule.

Cellulose acetate is derived from plant cellulose (wood pulp or cotton fibers). Unlike petroleum-based plastics, it is made from renewable resources and is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions. It offers the look and feel of luxury materials like tortoiseshell without harming animals or using fossil fuels. Our acetate products are GRS 4.0 certified by Intertek.
Yes. Moso bamboo — the variety we use — has a tensile strength comparable to mild steel. Our bamboo undergoes controlled drying and carbonization that further increases durability and moisture resistance. With proper care, a bamboo brush lasts 2–3 years of daily use. Our FSC-certified bamboo is sourced from mature stands and harvested sustainably.
We work with the sandalwood family — green sandalwood (guaiac, naturally fragrant and antibacterial), ebony (black sandalwood, exceptionally hard), and red sandalwood (striking grain) — plus peachwood (tough, crack-resistant, great value) and beech (hard-wearing, water-resistant, highly stable). All wood is sourced from FSC-certified forests or sustainable plantations.
We hold five certifications: GRS 4.0 (Intertek) — recycled and sustainable material usage; FSC — responsible forest sourcing for bamboo and wood products; BSCI (TÜV Rheinland) — ethical labor and social compliance; BRCGS Consumer Products (SGS) — product safety and quality management; ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system. Yes. We can provide FSC-certified eco-friendly packaging for your products — kraft boxes, paper pouches, and other packaging made with FSC-certified paper stock. For GRS and BRCGS, we provide letters of conformance you can reference in your own supply chain documentation and marketing materials.
Shipping & Production Time
Lead times, freight options, and what happens after your order is approved.
Samples take 10–15 days for bamboo and wood, and 15–20 days for cellulose acetate. Bulk production takes 25–30 days for bamboo and wood, and 25–45 days for acetate depending on the finishing process (tumble dry-polishing alone runs 7–10 days). Brand-exclusive acetate patterns add 7–10 days for custom sheet production; standard patterns ship from stock. Rush orders can sometimes be arranged — ask us about current factory capacity before placing.
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. We have established logistics partnerships with Sinotrans, DB Schenker, DHL Freight, and other major forwarders from Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports. For smaller or urgent orders, we can arrange express courier via DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly to your door.
We offer FOB (Free On Board — Shenzhen or Guangzhou port), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight — to your destination port), DAP (Delivered At Place — to your door, duties and taxes unpaid), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid — to your door, duties included). For first orders, we recommend FOB or CIF so you can use your own trusted freight forwarder. Established clients often prefer DDP for a fully managed logistics experience.
We provide real-time order updates throughout production — including progress photos at key stages (raw material, semi-finished, finished, packed). Before shipment, we share a QC report with photos and a pre-shipment packing list for your approval. Once shipped, we provide the Bill of Lading or airway bill and tracking number. Your account manager is reachable via email and WhatsApp throughout.
We stand fully behind our quality. If any batch fails to meet the agreed specifications that were confirmed in our QC report, we will replace defective units at no additional cost or issue a credit note — depending on the situation and your preference. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with photographs. We maintain a less than 0.5% defect rate across our client base.
