At 24 centimetres this is the long body in our acetate smoothing family, and the length is the point. A longer handle changes how the brush is used — it is held further from the head and drawn through in one pass rather than worked in short strokes. That suits long hair and it suits salon retail, where the brush is demonstrated before it is sold.

The sheet is a warm gold-amber with dark figuring rather than the brown-and-black tortoiseshell most acetate brushes use. Under shop lighting it reads considerably brighter, which is worth knowing if the brush will sit on an open shelf rather than in a box.
Because the pattern is layered into the acetate sheet and the shape is cut out of the block afterwards, the figuring runs through the full thickness of the handle. Every piece is therefore slightly different, and the colour cannot chip off — there is no surface layer to lose.
Both bristle types share one cushion. The longer nylon pins reach the scalp and do the separating; the shorter boar tufts between them pick up sebum and draw it down the hair shaft, which is where the shine comes from. It is a finishing and smoothing tool. For wet work, the ball-tip nylon version is the correct one to quote.
The same mix in a shorter body is our 22 cm marbled brush; on a plain acetate body it is the dual bristle cushion brush.

Two specifications get left off briefs for this style more than any other: the bristle ratio between boar and nylon, and whether you want the cushion vented. Both change the feel in the hand and neither is visible in a photograph. Settle them in writing at sampling stage — what a sample costs and what to check is in sampling costs and approval.
Make this product your own. Every detail is customizable for orders meeting the MOQ.
Laser engraving, hot stamping, silk screen printing, or UV printing on product body and handle.
Pantone color matching. For acetate: custom tortoiseshell, marble, and unique pattern designs.
Modify dimensions or create entirely new shapes. 2,000+ existing molds or develop new ones.
Kraft boxes, velvet pouches, blister packs, retail-ready display cards. Your brand on every package.
These are the stock colours this shape runs in. Any Pantone reference can be matched on top of them — colour is mixed into the material, not sprayed on the surface, so it never chips or fades.
Send a Pantone code or a physical reference and we will match it on the sample before bulk. See the full pattern library →
The bristle set changes the feel, the target hair type and the price. All four run on this same body, so you can switch without new tooling.

Undecided? We will send one sample of each bristle type so you can compare them in hand before committing to bulk.
Packaging is produced alongside the product and ships as one order. Printed packaging carries its own lead time, so tell us early which route you want.

Samples from an existing mould ship against a sample fee that is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom-tooled samples are quoted case by case.
Bulk production starts once the pre-production sample is approved in writing. Reorders of a running design are faster, because tooling and colour are already set.
FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available, by sea or by air, from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. DDP is the simplest route for a first order.
Cellulose acetate is a plant-derived, biodegradable material made from wood pulp or cotton fibers. Unlike petroleum-based plastics, it breaks down naturally over time, making it an eco-friendly choice for premium hair accessories. Its unique properties allow for rich color patterns — from classic tortoiseshell to custom marble effects — that cannot be replicated with standard plastics.
As a manufacturer with 25+ years of experience, EcoHairFactory has mastered the intricate process of cellulose acetate production — from sheet selection and pattern matching to precision cutting and multi-stage hand polishing. Each piece undergoes 8–12 finishing steps to achieve the signature smooth, glossy surface that defines high-end acetate accessories.
The head grows with the handle, so the cushion, the pin count and the bristle field all change. It is a separate design with its own minimum, not a size option.
Yes, and it is the usual way a range launches — a long body and a short body in the same sheet. Each carries its own minimum.
Yes. Stock sheet carries no development cost. A bespoke sheet means a sheet run with its own, considerably higher, minimum.
Yes, more than the weight does. Hair brushes are light and bulky, so freight is charged on volume. Settle retail packaging before you quote freight.
