Take the handle off a detangling brush and two things happen. It fits in a coat pocket, a handbag, or a gym bag — and the hand sits directly over the bristles, so pressure goes straight down instead of through a lever. The shell is a rounded egg form, 6 × 9 cm — small enough to close a fist around, deep enough that the fingers curl over the top rather than pinching the edges. There is no seam, no screw, and nothing to catch hair. Two bodies are available on the same tooling: moso bamboo, hot-press laminated so the strip pattern shows through a clear lacquer, and solid beech, which is denser, plainer, and slightly warmer in tone. Bamboo suits eco-forward and plastic-free positioning; beech suits a classic or salon look. Both count toward the same order.
The bristle bed is soft nylon, moulded at four different heights rather than one. Longer filaments reach through to the scalp and lift the section; shorter ones catch and smooth the surface as the brush passes. It is the same principle behind a dual-bristle brush, executed in a single moulded pad — and it is why this brush works on wet hair, where a uniform bristle bed either sits on the surface or drags.
The bristle bed comes in black, dark green, or navy as stock colours, and can be matched to your brand colour on a bulk order. Because it is nylon rather than natural bristle, it rinses clean under a tap, which matters for a brush marketed for shower and gym use.

The domed back is a curved branding surface, which rules out flat-plate methods. Laser engraving follows the curve and is the standard choice — on bamboo it burns a clean dark mark, on beech a softer brown one. For colour, pad printing conforms to the dome where silk screen cannot.

Bulk production starts once the pre-production sample is approved in writing. Reorders of a running design are faster, because tooling and colour are already set.
