Fourteen centimetres, the same confetti sheet and the same ball-tipped nylon pins as the full-size brush. This is the travel piece, and it exists because a matched pair sells better than either brush does alone.

The commercial case for a travel size is that it gives a retailer a second price point without a second colour decision. A shopper who will not spend on the full-size brush will often take the mini, and a shopper who takes the full size frequently adds the mini for a handbag. One sheet run, two SKUs, one shelf.
It is also the piece that goes into gift sets and hotel amenity programmes, where the full size is too large and too expensive to give away.
The pins are the same ball-tipped nylon and the cushion is the same vented construction as the 23.7 cm full size. Only the body and the pin count change. That matters because the usual way a mini gets cheap is a rigid pad and bare pin ends, and a customer notices the difference on the first pass.

Pink, coral, lilac and pale yellow chips suspended through a translucent acetate base. The pattern is in the material rather than printed on it, so it appears on cut edges and cannot scratch off. Being a smaller piece, the mini shows proportionally more of the pattern per square centimetre, which is why it photographs even better than the full size.
Each size is a separate design and carries its own minimum of 1,000 pieces, because each needs its own cutting profile and its own cushion. They are produced and shipped together, so the pair is one order and one freight cost. Why the minimum sits where it does is set out in MOQ explained.
Make this product your own. Every detail is customizable for orders meeting the MOQ.
Laser engraving, hot stamping, silk screen printing, or UV printing on product body and handle.
Pantone color matching. For acetate: custom tortoiseshell, marble, and unique pattern designs.
Modify dimensions or create entirely new shapes. 2,000+ existing molds or develop new ones.
Kraft boxes, velvet pouches, blister packs, retail-ready display cards. Your brand on every package.
These are the stock colours this shape runs in. Any Pantone reference can be matched on top of them — colour is mixed into the material, not sprayed on the surface, so it never chips or fades.
Send a Pantone code or a physical reference and we will match it on the sample before bulk. See the full pattern library →
The bristle set changes the feel, the target hair type and the price. All four run on this same body, so you can switch without new tooling.

Undecided? We will send one sample of each bristle type so you can compare them in hand before committing to bulk.
Packaging is produced alongside the product and ships as one order. Printed packaging carries its own lead time, so tell us early which route you want.

Samples from an existing mould ship against a sample fee that is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom-tooled samples are quoted case by case.
Bulk production starts once the pre-production sample is approved in writing. Reorders of a running design are faster, because tooling and colour are already set.
FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available, by sea or by air, from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. DDP is the simplest route for a first order.
Cellulose acetate is a plant-derived, biodegradable material made from wood pulp or cotton fibers. Unlike petroleum-based plastics, it breaks down naturally over time, making it an eco-friendly choice for premium hair accessories. Its unique properties allow for rich color patterns — from classic tortoiseshell to custom marble effects — that cannot be replicated with standard plastics.
As a manufacturer with 25+ years of experience, EcoHairFactory has mastered the intricate process of cellulose acetate production — from sheet selection and pattern matching to precision cutting and multi-stage hand polishing. Each piece undergoes 8–12 finishing steps to achieve the signature smooth, glossy surface that defines high-end acetate accessories.
Yes, the same ball-tipped nylon on the same vented cushion construction. Only the body size and pin count differ.
Yes. It is a design in its own right with its own 1,000-piece minimum. Most buyers take the pair, but there is no requirement to.
At 14 × 5.5 cm it fits most, but confirm the internal dimensions of your carton before tooling any packaging. Send us the box spec and we will check it against the brush.
Yes, bulk-packed. Say so at quoting stage, because the packaging line and the brush line are scheduled together.
