The same oval body as our bamboo and walnut brushes, cut from solid beech and left pale. Wooden pins with rounded tips, a vented cushion, no metal and no synthetic bristle.
Beech is close-grained and light, which makes it the timber that takes a laser-engraved logo most legibly of anything we work with. The burn reads dark brown against a pale ground and needs no ink, no foil and no second operation. If the logo is the point of the product, this is the body to put it on.
It is also the most neutral-looking wood in the range. Walnut and sandalwood have opinions; beech sits under a brand rather than competing with it.
Each pin is turned from timber and finished with a rounded tip so nothing sharp reaches the scalp. Wooden pins are thicker than steel, so they sit further apart and separate rather than smooth — good on thick hair, and no static.
For a fine steel-pin finish, quote the black oval with steel pins instead. For a boar-and-nylon smoothing mix, the bamboo paddle.
This shape runs in beech, in bamboo and in dark walnut. Wood and bamboo are two blanks through the same shaping process for us, so a three-material range costs no additional development — only the blanks change.

Packaging is produced alongside the product and ships as one order. Printed packaging carries its own lead time, so tell us early which route you want.
Samples from an existing mould ship against a sample fee that is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom-tooled samples are quoted case by case.
Bulk production starts once the pre-production sample is approved in writing. Reorders of a running design are faster, because tooling and colour are already set.
FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available, by sea or by air, from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. DDP is the simplest route for a first order.
