Applied-flower clips usually go one of two ways: the flowers are moulded into the surface and look like a texture, or they are glued on top and look like they will not survive a week. These are separate pieces set into recesses cut in the face, which is the slow version and the one that still looks like a flower from arm’s length.

Each daisy sits in a shallow recess routed into the acetate before polishing. Setting rather than gluing does two things: it drops the flower flush so there is no exposed adhesive line round the base, and it stops the flower rotating, which is what makes cheap versions look crooked after a month.
Three flowers, not five. Five crowds a 5.6 cm face and makes the pattern underneath invisible — and on eight patterned colourways the pattern underneath is most of what you are paying for.

5.6 × 1.9 cm is small for a snap clip, and that is the point: it is a clip you wear two or three of, not one of. Brands that stock this shape usually sell it in threes or fives on a card, which is also why the eight-colourway range matters more here than it would on a single-clip product.
5.6 × 1.9 × 1.5 cm, 7 g per piece. Riveted steel snap bar. Flower colour is specifiable — white is stock, but cream, black and colour-matched flowers all run on the same setting operation. Multi-packs on printed cards are quoted with the clip, not after it.
For the same mechanism in a plain face, see the teardrop snap clip at 5.5 cm or the wavy squiggle clip at 6.8 cm. MOQ is 500 pcs per design. Browse the rest of the clip and barrette range, or send your brief to our OEM team for a quote within 24 hours.
Make this product your own. Every detail is customizable for orders meeting the MOQ.
Laser engraving, hot stamping, silk screen printing, or UV printing on product body and handle.
Pantone color matching. For acetate: custom tortoiseshell, marble, and unique pattern designs.
Modify dimensions or create entirely new shapes. 2,000+ existing molds or develop new ones.
Kraft boxes, velvet pouches, blister packs, retail-ready display cards. Your brand on every package.
These are the stock colours this shape runs in. Any Pantone reference can be matched on top of them — colour is mixed into the material, not sprayed on the surface, so it never chips or fades.
Send a Pantone code or a physical reference and we will match it on the sample before bulk. See the full pattern library →
Packaging is produced alongside the product and ships as one order. Printed packaging carries its own lead time, so tell us early which route you want.

Samples from an existing mould ship against a sample fee that is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom-tooled samples are quoted case by case.
Bulk production starts once the pre-production sample is approved in writing. Reorders of a running design are faster, because tooling and colour are already set.
FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available, by sea or by air, from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. DDP is the simplest route for a first order.
Cellulose acetate is a plant-derived, biodegradable material made from wood pulp or cotton fibers. Unlike petroleum-based plastics, it breaks down naturally over time, making it an eco-friendly choice for premium hair accessories. Its unique properties allow for rich color patterns — from classic tortoiseshell to custom marble effects — that cannot be replicated with standard plastics.
As a manufacturer with 25+ years of experience, EcoHairFactory has mastered the intricate process of cellulose acetate production — from sheet selection and pattern matching to precision cutting and multi-stage hand polishing. Each piece undergoes 8–12 finishing steps to achieve the signature smooth, glossy surface that defines high-end acetate accessories.
Acetate, cut from the same family of sheet as the body. That matters at end of life — a mixed-material clip cannot be handled as one stream, and a customer who bought it for the material reason will notice.
Yes. White is stock; cream, black and matched colours run on the same operation with no tooling change.
Yes, and we would rather quote the card with the clip than after it, because card size drives the polybag size and the carton fill.
Five crowds the face at this length and buries the pattern in the sheet. If you want five we will cut it, but we will sample three alongside so you can compare.
